govr.ae is not a UAE Government website, immigration authority, embassy or consulate. We provide assistance with the preparation, review and processing of visa applications. All visa applications remain subject to review and final approval or rejection by the relevant UAE authorities.

Service fees charged by govr.ae are separate from applicable government visa fees. Where both are collected together, the applicable charges are clearly presented to the customer before payment.
