These Terms and Conditions regulate your use of the GOVR.AE website. By accessing and using this Website, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions outlined in this legal notice.

• The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer Notice, as well as all Agreements: ‘Client,’ ‘You,’ and ‘Your’ refer to the individual accessing this website and agreeing to the Company’s terms and conditions.
• ‘The Company,’ ‘Ourselves,’ ‘We,’ ‘Our,’ and ‘Us’ refer to our organization. ‘Party,’ ‘Parties,’ or ‘Us’ refers to both the Client and the Company.
• All terms pertain to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment required to proceed with our assistance to the Client in the most suitable manner, specifically to fulfill the Client’s needs in relation to the Company’s services, as per and subject to the applicable laws of the UAE.
• GOVR.ae reserves the right to revise, modify, add, or remove parts of or the entirety of these Terms and Conditions periodically. Any modifications to these Terms and Conditions will take effect once they are posted on this Website.
• The User is responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions on the Website periodically for updates or changes. Continued use of this Website after changes or updates are posted constitutes acceptance of and agreement to abide by the revised Terms and Conditions.
• Using the services of this website without reviewing the terms and conditions will be regarded as negligence on the part of the user, and any inconvenience that may arise afterward will be the user’s responsibility.
• The processing time for the express visa stated anywhere on the website is to be considered as 24 working hours.
• The approval times mentioned on the website are based on standard times provided by the immigration department. In rare instances, approval may take longer.
• The timeframes stated on the website follow Gulf Standard Time (GST), with working hours commencing at 8:00 AM GST.
• The immigration department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If a client applies for an express visa on a Friday, the immigration department will only begin processing the application on Monday at 8:00 AM GST.
• GOVR.ae will not be held responsible for any travel disruptions caused by hotel or flight cancellations.

Prices Policy

• GOVR retains the right to adjust its prices at any time before confirming an order.
• After receiving an order, the Company may revise the quoted prices if circumstances arise that impact delivery, such as government actions, increased foreign exchange rates, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.

Payment Policy

• Payment can be completed using various available methods, including Visa and MasterCard.
• All payment cards (whether credit or debit) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If the necessary authorization is not received, we will not be responsible for any delays or failure to deliver your order.

Refund Policy

• Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of Immigration Officials.
• Govr.ae cannot be held responsible for any visa application rejections.
• Once your visa application is submitted, it will be processed immediately.
• The visa application fee is non-refundable in case it gets rejected by the immigration department.
• In case of a refund request due to incorrect documents or errors in the application provided by the applicant, a processing and typing fee of USD 73 will be deducted from the total amount. The remaining balance will then be refunded.

Refund Policy for Urgent Visa Applications

• If you have applied for an urgent UAE Visa and your application is not processed within 24 hours, you will be eligible for a refund of the urgent processing fee (USD 50).
• Please note that this refund applies only to the urgent processing fee and does not cover the standard visa application fee.
• For refund requests, kindly contact our support team with your application number.
