GCC Companion Visit Visa โ 30 Days
This visa allows a non-GCC national to accompany a GCC citizen (from UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, or Oman) for a 30-day visit to the UAE.
Required Documents
- A valid passport (with at least 6 months of validity) for the companion
- A copy of the companionโs national ID (front and back)
- Proof of GCC residency, based on the country:
Saudi Arabia: ID screenshot from Muqeem or Absher app
Kuwait: ID screenshot from the Hawiyati app - A copy of the GCC sponsorโs passport (the citizen the companion is traveling with)

- You need to decide whether you need a tourist or visit visa based on your travel purpose.
- To apply for a Dubai visit visa online you need to provide a valid passport with at least six months validity. Passport size photograph.
- You can apply for a UAE visit visa through our portal govr.ae/uaep.
- The standard processing time takes three to five business days. If you go for Urgent processing you can get your visa in just 24 to 48 hours. But for an Urgent visa you need to provide extra charges.
- Once approved your Dubai visa online can be emailed to you. you just need to print it and carry a digital copy while you are traveling.

At this time, Bangladeshi passport holders are not eligible to apply for a UAE visa due to high rejection rates and current entry restrictions. Additionally, applicants holding a Pakistani passport may face a high chance of rejection, and visa approval is not guaranteed.
Please also note that nationals from Libya, Somalia, and Afghanistan are currently not permitted to apply for UAE visas.
Furthermore, individuals holding a travel document (not an ordinary passport) are not eligible for UAE visa applications under current regulations.

Indian passport holders are eligible for a 14-day visa on arrival in the UAE if they possess a valid visa or residence permit from one of the following countries:
- United States (including tourist visas and Green Cards)
- United Kingdom
- European Union member states
- Australia

Nigerian Applicants | Age Requirement & Security Deposit
Applicants holding Nigerian nationality must be 40 years or older to apply for a UAE visa. A refundable security deposit of $600 is also required. This amount will be fully refunded after departure from the UAE, provided all conditions are met.
By submitting your application, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to the refundable deposit policy.
Nepali Passport Holders
Applicants holding Nepali passports are now required to pay a security deposit of AED 1,030 when applying for a UAE visit visa.
